Welcome to QRCurbs! By using our website and services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.

1. Services

QRCurbs specializes in providing and applying durable, professional-grade curb number painting and related products. Our primary product is the QRTape curb number kit, which is painted in-house and shipped to the customer for self-application. In select local areas (as specified on our location-specific pages), we may offer professional on-site painting and application services. The specific service provided will be clearly outlined in your order confirmation.

2. Orders and Payment

All orders are processed through our website. By submitting an order, you agree to pay the total amount specified, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees. Payment is handled directly between you and a designated third-party payment provider (e.g., Cash App, Venmo, PayPal) after your order is submitted. QRCurbs does not store or process your payment information directly on our site.

3. Ad-Sponsored Services

Our Ad-Sponsored curb number option includes a designated advertisement alongside your address numbers. By selecting this option, you agree to allow us to display this advertisement on your curb and to periodically maintain it. This maintenance may include repainting the advertisement or replacing it with a new one. This service will continue until you notify us via email to stop all maintenance.

4. On-Site Service & Customer Responsibilities

For any on-site services, you agree to ensure the curb area is clear of debris, vehicles, or any other obstacles prior to the scheduled appointment. We are not responsible for delays or service interruptions caused by an inaccessible curb. The on-site application is limited to the specified curb number area.

5. Refunds and Warranties

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final once the order is placed. We do not offer refunds. We guarantee the professional quality and durability of our products for 90 days from the date of purchase. This warranty covers issues arising from our craftsmanship but does not cover damage from external factors such as vehicles, severe weather, or intentional harm. If you experience an issue, please contact us with photos and details, and we will work with you to find a solution.

6. Intellectual Property

The designs, logos, and content on the QRCurbs website are the property of QRCurbs and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of our content without our express written permission. Any custom designs provided by you must be ones you have the right to use, and you grant QRCurbs the right to use them for your specific order fulfillment.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall QRCurbs, its owners, or employees be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our services or products. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the website and our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
